These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using PrimeWall (the "App") provided by Yamamoto Koshi (the "Developer").
1. Apple Standard EULA
The App is provided through Apple's App Store. Matters not covered by these terms are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), where applicable.
2. Nature of the App
The App is a 3D runner game based on prime-number judgment. It may be enjoyed as a supplemental way to practice number recognition, but it does not guarantee learning outcomes, academic improvement, or mathematical ability improvement.
3. Price and purchase
The App is planned for release as a paid app on the App Store. It has no ads, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. Purchase, download, and refund procedures follow Apple's terms.
4. Game Center
The App supports world rankings and score submission through Game Center. Game Center requires an Apple ID, network connection, and Game Center availability. Game Center display names, rankings, authentication, and terms are managed by Apple.
5. Prohibited acts
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with the App, servers, or third-party services
- Unauthorized analysis, modification, copying, or redistribution of the App
- Manipulating rankings, scores, or records by improper means
- Acts that infringe the rights or interests of third parties
- Other acts the Developer considers inappropriate
6. Disclaimer
The Developer does not guarantee that the App will always work correctly on every device, OS, setting, network environment, or Game Center status.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
7. Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases must follow Apple's refund procedures. The Developer cannot directly change Apple's payment or refund processing.

9. Changes to these terms
The Developer may change these terms as needed. Important changes may be announced in the App or on related pages.
