PrimeWall (the "App") respects user privacy and explains below what information may be collected or processed, why it is used, and which third-party services may be used.

2. Information that may be collected or processed
The App does not require users to enter a name, address, phone number, or email address during normal use.
- Game data saved locally on the device, such as best times, recent scores, and settings
- Game Center information such as display name, ranking position, and scores when signed in to Game Center
- Survival-time scores submitted to Game Center
- Information sent by users when contacting support, such as email address, device details, message text, and attachments
- Purchase, download, crash, and diagnostic information processed by Apple through App Store or iOS features
3. Purposes of use
- Providing app features such as gameplay, saved settings, and rankings
- Submitting scores to Game Center and displaying world rankings
- Checking issues, improving quality, and providing support
- Responding to inquiries
- Apple-side processing required for App Store distribution, purchase management, and refunds
4. Ads, tracking, and in-app purchases
The App has no ads, no third-party advertising SDKs, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. It is not planned to request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission for advertising purposes.
5. Third-party services
The App uses the following Apple services:
- Apple App Store for app sales, distribution, purchases, and refund procedures
- Apple Game Center for authentication, rankings, and score submission
Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's privacy policy and other applicable terms.
6. Storage and user choices
Scores and settings saved locally may be deleted through the app's reset features, device settings, or app deletion. Game Center accounts, rankings, and display names are managed through Apple's systems.
7. Minors
Minor users should obtain parental consent before using the App as needed.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised due to legal requirements, guidelines, App feature changes, or changes in third-party services used. Important changes may be announced in the App or on related pages.
