These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using EarphoneNap (the "App") provided by Yamamoto Koshi (the "Developer").
1. Apple Standard EULA
The App is provided through Apple's App Store. Matters not covered by these terms are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), where applicable.
2. Nature of the App
The App is a napping-focused alarm and timer app designed for earphone use. Behavior may be affected by earphones, device state, iOS, Bluetooth, notifications, volume, power-saving settings, and other conditions.
Do not use the App for important appointments or for situations where a failure could affect life, body, property, or other serious interests.
3. Premium
EarphoneNap Premium is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription.
Premium removes ads and unlocks additional sounds. Premium applies to the content available at the time of purchase and does not guarantee future feature additions, sound additions, specification changes, or updates. Purchase status is managed through the App Store and may be restored through the purchase restoration feature.
4. Ads
The free version may display ads. The App may use third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising.
5. Prohibited acts
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with the App, servers, or third-party services
- Unauthorized analysis, modification, copying, or redistribution of the App
- Acts that infringe the rights or interests of third parties
- Other acts the Developer considers inappropriate
6. Disclaimer
The Developer does not guarantee that the App will always work correctly on every device, OS, earphone, Bluetooth device, notification setting, or usage environment.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
7. Refunds
Refunds for App Store in-app purchases must follow Apple's refund procedures. The Developer cannot directly change Apple's payment or refund processing.
8. Support contact
For inquiries about the App, contact yk.apps.feedback@gmail.com.
9. Changes to these terms
The Developer may change these terms as needed. Important changes may be announced in the App or on related pages.
