EarphoneNap (the "App") respects user privacy and explains below what information may be collected or processed, why it is used, which third-party services may be used, and what choices users have.

2. Information that may be collected or processed
The App uses third-party services for advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, issue detection, and quality improvement. The following information may be collected or processed:
- IP address and approximate region inferred from the IP address
- Advertising identifiers, device identifiers, and other identifiers needed for ad delivery
- Ad data such as ad impressions, views, clicks, and interactions
- App launch, operation, screen transition, and usage information
- Diagnostic information such as crash data, launch time, hang rate, and energy usage
- StoreKit purchase status and information needed to restore purchases
- Information sent by users when contacting support, such as name, email address, device information, message text, and attachments
The App does not require users to enter a name, address, or phone number during normal use.

- Displaying, delivering, and optimizing ads
- Measuring ad effectiveness and preventing fraud
- Managing advertising consent status
- Detecting issues, investigating causes, and improving quality
- Providing and improving App stability and performance
- Checking Premium purchase status, removing ads, unlocking additional sounds, and restoring purchases
- Responding to inquiries and providing support
4. Third-party services
The App may use the following third-party services or SDKs:
- Google AdMob
- Google Mobile Ads SDK
- Google User Messaging Platform
- Apple StoreKit
- Apple App Tracking Transparency
Information handling by third-party services is governed by the privacy policies and other terms established by each provider.
5. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
The App may request permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) to improve ad relevance and measure ad effectiveness.
If tracking permission is granted, the App or advertising providers may use advertising identifiers to display more relevant ads, optimize ad delivery, and measure ad effectiveness.
If tracking permission is denied, the App's basic features remain available, but ads may not be personalized.
6. Advertising consent for the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
For users in regions where advertising consent is required, including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the App may show an advertising consent screen through Google User Messaging Platform or similar tools. Depending on user choices, personalized or non-personalized ads may be shown.
7. User choices
Users may be able to change tracking permission, notification permission, and advertising identifier settings through device settings. Some advertising and measurement information is managed by third-party service providers.
8. Minors
Minor users should obtain parental consent before using the App as needed.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised due to legal requirements, guidelines, App feature changes, or changes in third-party services used. Important changes may be announced in the App or on related pages.
